Payment of registration fee includes the welcome cocktail, coffee, tea, drinks and cookies during the two day intervals during the 3 days of Congress, bag and conference materials. For the accompanying person includes the welcome cocktail and coffee, tea, drinks and cookies.
Registration: To submit the registration you should proceed as follow:
First step: obtain the template (Microsoft Word), write and save the document.

2.- Fill in the form fields with the requested data.
Second step: Send as an attachment: This form, a scanned copy of the Western Union transfer receipt and a copy of regular student (if applicable) to the email: claba2012@udec.cl , indicating "Registration CLABA 2012" in the subject line.
