This joint project
between University of Concepción and Woods Hole
Oceanographic Institution focuses on the eastern South
Pacific, its characteristics, processes, and impact on
global change, as a platform for consolidating advanced
research and education in ocean sciences at the University
of Concepcion. The program is funded by Fundación
Andes and sponsored by the Office of the Vice-President of the
University of Concepcion.
Austral Summer Institute XII
This educational activity will be devoted to topics on Marine Genomics, Water and Global Change, Time-Series in Oceanography, Microbial Oceanography and will be held in October-November 2011 and January 2012.
